PennFleet is looking for a full-time in-person customer service and administrative professional to join our team! We are a growing small business and we need additional team members to help us properly serve our customers. Preferred Qualities:
- The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and a very high attention to detail.
- You will be answering phones, greeting customers in the lobby, calling customers to provide service updates and maintaining the customer database to ensure proper billing.
- Experience working in an automotive and/or diesel service center or another fast-paced environment is a bonus!
- Proficient knowledge of computers, typing skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- This position will be responsible for all of road service administrative functions while the primary road service advisor is on maternity leave.
- Position rotates evening and weekend remote phone support.
