Requirements:

Ability to adapt to a busy environment
Reliable, motivated, and trustworthy
Good organizational and communication skills
Open to instruction and suggestive feedback
Reliable transportation and a clean/valid driver's license
Able to pass a background check

Heavy Duty Truck Collision Repair could be a smooth transition if you have experience in:

Welding
Automobile collision repair
CDL license
Truck and Trailer knowledge
