Body Shop Service Representative

PennFleet is looking for the right candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in billing and accounts payable/collections to join a very successful fleet maintenance facility. We operate a clean facility with updated equipment. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and be motivated by excellence in performance.  Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

The Body Shop Service Representative will be responsible for answering phones, providing accurate and up to date information to our customers, billing, and assisting the body shop manager in day to day business required activities.

You must also have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to multitask while never losing focus of the customer experience. Must be able to adapt to a working shop environment.

Daily Job Duties Include:

  • Providing excellent customer service for the Body Shop department's customers through all necessary communication methods
  • Receiving parts, posting invoices, and processing credit invoices for the Body Shop department
  • Closing repair orders and billing customers for both departments
  • Overseeing and coordinating activities for Mobile Customer Representatives (MCRs)
  • Providing administrative support to the facility and business (banking, office supplies, etc.)
  • Processing all incoming receivables payments for both departments
  • Following up on past due invoices on a weekly basis and ensuring timely collections
  • Providing administrative support to the facility and business (banking, office supplies, etc.)
  • Serving as Safety Committee Coordinator and overseeing compliance with federal and state safety laws as well as company safety procedures
